Returns policy:

If you are unsatisfied with your product or simply need to change sizes, you are able to return the product within 30 days of purchase, as long as the item is within its original packaging with tags intact.

A full refund will be issued upon receipt of the product in its original condition and upon inspection of the original packaging.

For Domestic size change or change of mind returns use the form on this page and we will organise your return label to take to simply print and pop into your local auspost box.

Please be aware that the availability of stock may vary due to the nature of our limited collection basis, in this case, the offer of a refund or alternative item of the same value may be applicable where the original item is not available in the required sizing.

For dissatisfaction returns the cost of the return postage is to be covered by Tricks, following an assessment and acceptance of a reasonable reason for dissatisfaction and full refund will be issued to the original payment option.

What is a reasonable reason for dissatisfaction?

A reasonable reason for dissatisfaction must only relate to deficits in which the advertised product does not achieve the customer’s perceived expectation upon arrival.

That is - if you don’t get what you were expecting.

For example, if the item arrives faulty- I;E missing buttons , threads lose, stains etc.

or, if the displayed item on the website grossly alters from what the customer receives- I;E the product color varies greatly from the picture on the website, the material differs greatly, or the is faulty and missing key elements as shown on the website (Missing pocket, missing button) etc.
